Digital Ninja Labs ("we," "us," or "our") thanks you for choosing our digital marketing services. We appreciate your business and want to ensure you have a rewarding experience.

As with any business partnership, there are terms and conditions that apply to our transactions. By placing an order or signing a contract with Digital Ninja Labs, you agree to the terms set forth below.

1. Nature of Services

Digital Ninja Labs provides digital services (SEO, Social Media Management, Web Design, Ads, etc.). Unlike physical products, these services consume time and expertise which cannot be "returned." Therefore, our refund policy differs from traditional retail stores.

2. Refund Policy

We strive to deliver the highest quality work. However, please note the following regarding refunds:

• Work Already Completed: We do not offer refunds for work that has already been executed, hours spent on strategy, or content that has already been created/posted.

• Retainer Services: For monthly services (e.g., Social Media Management, SEO), cancellations must be made 30 days in advance. No refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle once it has commenced.

• Third-Party Costs: Any money spent on third-party platforms (e.g., Google Ads budget, Facebook Ad spend, software licenses) is non-refundable as this money goes directly to those platforms, not to us.

• Change of Mind: If you change your mind before we begin working on your project, we will issue a full refund (minus any transaction fees). Once the project kickoff has occurred, deposits are non-refundable.

3. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a service, please contact us immediately.

• If the cancellation request is received before the project starts, a refund may be processed.

• If the project is midway, you will be billed for the work completed up to that point.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

While we cannot guarantee specific results (e.g., "Rank #1 on Google" or "Get 1,000 Sales") due to the variable nature of digital marketing algorithms, we guarantee our commitment to the agreed-upon scope of work. If you feel we have missed a deliverable, please notify us within 7 days, and we will work to rectify the issue.

5. Changes To Our Policy

We may update or amend this policy to accurately reflect our services. Unless otherwise required by law, we will notify you before changes go into effect. If you continue to use our services after updates, you are bound by the new policy.
